Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact Comic Stop within 30 days of delivery with the order reference and clear photos. Once we confirm the damage, defect, or incorrect item, we send the return instructions and cover the return shipping. We then replace the comic where possible or refund it in full. This does not limit Egyptian consumer rights.
- Do not discard the packaging until the condition issue is resolved.
- Refunds use the original payment route where applicable and are recorded with a reference.
No change-of-mind returns
Comic Stop does not accept returns because a reader changed their mind or no longer wants a comic. The Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency lists books, newspapers, and magazines among exceptions to the automatic 14-day no-reason exchange or return right. This policy does not reduce any rights that still apply to damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed products.
Import-order cancellations
Imported comics may be cancelled for a full refund before supplier confirmation. After Comic Stop commits the supplier purchase, change-of-mind cancellation is normally unavailable; supplier rejection, material price changes, serious delays, damage, defects, and incorrect items follow the separate import-order policy.
