Special orders are released comics that are not currently in Comic Stop’s Egyptian stock.
- Out of stock · Special order: For a released comic we do not currently stock. We locate and import a supplier copy specifically for you.
HOW TO PAY WITH INSTAPAY
A 60-minute transfer window starts only after your order details are accepted and the secure payment page is ready. Never send money until that page shows the exact total and order reference.
- Start the order request: Submitting your details creates a pending import order without reserving or removing stock while payment is unverified.
- Verify the recipient: Match the InstaPay address and verified recipient name shown on the order instructions.
- Send the exact total: The amount includes the comics plus EGP 90 for that separate shipment.
- Submit proof within the window: Send the reference, sender name, transfer time, and screenshot. Proof is private for 90 days and is not payment confirmation.
- Wait for two confirmations: Comic Stop first verifies the transfer. Supplier availability is then checked separately within 24 hours.
IMPORT ORDER TRACKING
Each meaningful change gets a clear status. Delivery windows are estimates, and we contact you when a supplier, release date, customs step, or courier timing changes.
- Order request received: Your order reference is created and the 60-minute transfer window starts. Stock is not reserved yet.
- Proof submitted: The screenshot and reference are queued for review. This does not confirm payment.
- Payment verified: The successful InstaPay reference and exact amount are matched to the order.
- Supplier confirmed: Availability, price, edition, and condition are manually confirmed within 24 hours.
- Purchased abroad: Comic Stop has committed the supplier purchase for your copy.
- In transit to Egypt: The comic is moving through international shipping and any customs handling.
- Ready for local delivery: The comic has arrived, passed our condition check, and is prepared for the Egyptian courier.
- Delivered: The imported order has reached the delivery address.
CLEAR RULES BEFORE YOU PAY.
These rules apply before Comic Stop accepts an imported order.
- EGP 90 per shipment: A mixed cart becomes two orders. The stocked COD shipment and imported InstaPay shipment each carry their own EGP 90 Egyptian courier fee.
- Cancel before supplier confirmation: You may request a full refund before we confirm and commit the supplier purchase. After supplier confirmation, change-of-mind cancellation is normally unavailable for an imported comic, without limiting rights for damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
- Unavailable means a full refund: If the supplier cannot fulfill the order, we tell you within the 24-hour confirmation window and initiate a full refund within 3 business days.
- No silent price changes: If the supplier price changes before confirmation, you choose whether to approve the new total or receive a full refund. After confirmation, the agreed price is locked.
- Delay updates and an exit: Arrival dates are honest estimates, not guarantees. We notify you of material changes. If the order passes the latest estimate by 30 days, you may keep waiting or request a full refund.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We arrange a replacement where possible or refund the affected comic through InstaPay at no additional delivery cost.
- Missed local delivery: We contact you to arrange another attempt. Any additional courier fee is disclosed before resending; your already-paid comic remains allocated to you.
- Refunds are new verified transfers: A successful InstaPay transfer cannot be reversed. Comic Stop sends an approved refund as a new transfer to the verified payer account and records its transaction reference.
Special orders are currently unavailable
The stocked catalog is live, but special-order checkout and InstaPay payment remain disabled until the permanent recipient, refund process, and delivery operations are verified. Do not send money unless Comic Stop later opens a secure payment page showing the exact total and order reference.
